The Anzac Memorial has two spaces for hire: a large auditorium (that can be divided into two separate spaces) and a conference room. The material palette of the spaces for hire includes Jarrah timber floors, joinery, and ceilings, bronze detailing, and glass. Together they complement and contrast with the main materials of precast concrete and stone.

Spaces for hire
Where there is capacity, the Auditorium and Conference rooms and associated facilities may be available for hire in accordance with the Anzac Memorial’s Venue Management policy. All events are subject to a formal application process to be assessed on a case by case basis.
To complement your function, the Memorial can arrange gallery tours, performances, audio-visual screenings and ceremonies for your guests.
The design of the Auditorium centres around flexibility, functionality, and quality of the space. This multi-functional room is ideal for lectures, meetings, training, and other events.
The full Auditorium is ideal for large groups. If you require a smaller room, the Auditorium can be divided into two rooms. Audio-visual and associated equipment is integrated into the Jarrah joinery finished contemporary style.

The Conference Room is permanently set with an oval boardroom table and chairs. It is furnished with audio-visual equipment and Cisco videoconferencing ideal for meetings and presentations.

You are welcome to discuss your catering needs with the Anzac Memorial or feel free to contact the caterers directly.
- Service of alcohol is not permitted during normal operating hours (9am to 5pm)
- Food and beverages cannot be consumed in the exhibition or ceremonial spaces
The Anzac Memorial has not entered into any commercial arrangement with these catering companies.
There is a re-heat kitchen adjoined to the Auditorium.
Applying for venue hire
Bookings for venue hire are subject to availability. Venue hire applications must be made in writing by submitting an online application form (link below) no less than 20 business days prior to the proposed event date. Submission of the booking enquiry form does not guarantee approval.
