The Hall of Memory

The Hall of Memory is the Memorial's principal commemorative space. It is an impressive circular room with niches, grand cathedral windows and a tall domed ceiling covered in stars.

The Hall has two large sets of doors facing north and south which open on the podium level at the top of the major staircases from Hyde Park on the principal north-south axis, and contribute to Dellit's vision of the Memorial as an open pavillion.
